Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods or when we need to verify order information.

Shipping destinations and delivery estimates

We currently ship to U.S. addresses.

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $80 before taxes and after discounts.

If an order does not qualify for free shipping, any available shipping options and applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first update.

Delays and delivery issues

Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, we will contact you with updated information and available options.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered processing.
